Decent Location, Disappointing Breakfast Snafu

The noise and dust were constant issues. More seriously, there was a misunderstanding regarding breakfast. I was told breakfast was included, but then I was charged upon checkout. This misinformation was frustrating and soured my overall experience. This experience leaves me with a very bad taste.

The hotel is super close to the louvre. This proximity makes visiting the museum very convenient. the metro line 1 is nearby. It provides easy access to other parts of the city. several attractions are within walking distance.

I noticed a nespresso machine with capsules available both at breakfast and in the rooms. It was a welcome touch for coffee lovers. the food served was AMAZING!!! however, there wasn't a huge variety of options at breakfast. the quality was noteworthy.

charming stay near the louvre!

I was charmed by the location. The louvre and tuileries garden were just around the corner. the staff were friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and water we received. What a treat!
during my stay, the elevators seemed a bit small and old, which caused minor inconveniences when moving luggage.

The junior suite had a sofa bed perfect for my children. the room provided ample space for our luggage and movement. the soundproofing was REALLY effective. Outside noise was minimal.
